As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.

Two Bays has transformed the GF beer landscape

No Doubt Stout blows me away every time I crack a can. How do you do it? I know non GF people who now preference it over other dark beers. Session Ale is a revelation. A perfect complement to other higher alcohol beers in your stable. I keep thinking back to a craft brewery launch event last year where the brewer was going on about how some breweries (esp GF ones) use alcohol % as a flavour proxy. Not you guys. This mid strength is amazing. No wonder you are winning awards!

Great Tasting Stout

I buy No Doubt Stout for my coeliac partner but I drink most of it. It has a different taste to other stouts but in a good way, it is quite unique.
