    As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

    In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

    We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.  

    Free of preservatives, artificial colouring and NO added sugar!

    GFB beer

    Great beer - love a draught or larger. Nice taste and very refreshing.

    But

    Can you please, please make an alcohol free larger. It’s well over due, and good for many many of us who love your beer but don’t need the alcohol .

    Wholesome beer

    Wholesome taste , not a chemical amalgamation, brewed for profit , and not a craft beer that tries to capitalise on weird flavours ......it's beer as like it.
