NO DOUBT STOUT IS OUR LATEST LIMITED RELEASE GLUTEN FREE BEER SET TO HIT BOTTLE SHOPS AND VENUES ACROSS THE COUNTRY AFTER WINNING GOLD AT THE AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL BEER AWARDS (AIBA)
Following enormous demand from our fan base, we've brewed our 6.2% ABV No Doubt Stout for national release with a vienna, caramel and chocolate-roasted millet base, and East Kent Goldings hops. It's a fantastically smooth-drinking beer, finished with rich lingering caramel, raisin and coffee flavours.
“It has a beautiful almond and chocolate aroma,” said CEO and founder Richard Jeffares.
“I’ve spent five long Victorian winters dreaming of this beer since being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease!”
“And the fact that it carries a gold medal is the icing on the cake. The awards are really an indication of the quality and consistency of our beers right across the range, and we’re so grateful to all of our supporters who continue to explore the world of gluten free craft beer with us.”
“We called it “No Doubt” because avoiding gluten in food and drink is often shrouded in doubt, and we want people to savour every drop of our beer, safe in the knowledge it’s completely gluten free – No Doubt! The same goes for our dedicated Taproom where everything is gluten free.”
In 2018, we opened Australia’s first dedicated gluten free brewery with a Taproom and now we're pouring everything from a Raspberry Berliner Weisse to an Orange and Coriander Witbier, with a beautiful fire to keep our Taproom warm and atmospheric for visitor to share paddles and pizza with friends.
This is our 10th speciality release in addition to its four core beers; Lager, Pale Ale, XPA and IPA.
“The stout is a cracking beer,” said Head Brewer Kristian Martin.
“It’s perfect coming into winter and I am glad to see it being recognised by Australia’s top judges.”
“It’s our fans across the country that enable and encourage us to keep improving our beers – and to keep trying new styles and recipes,” added Jeffares.
“Kristian and Ajay have taken our beer to the next level as we continue to push boundaries in the world of gluten free craft beer, and they fully deserve these medals.”
“When I was diagnosed in 2015, I never thought I’d own a brewery with an award-winning core range, and a limited release range exploring stouts, sours, SMASHs, Imperial Red Ales and Hazy IPAs.”
“I am of Irish descent and was an enthusiastic Guinness drinker, so I am proud that we have brewed a pot of black gold that stacks up so well against other domestic and international beers.”
